Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data LemonClub ("we", "us") collects when you visit lemonclub.io (the "Site"), why, and what rights you have. It covers the marketing website only. The customer dashboard at dashboard.lemonclub.io is governed by the terms and privacy notice shown when you create an account.

1. What we collect and why
Analytics (only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages are visited and how the Site performs. Analytics cookies are set only after you click "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner. Until then, and if you reject, Google receives consent-mode signals without cookies and without a persistent identifier. Data processed: pseudonymous client ID, pages viewed, referrer, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser type. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time via cookie settings.
Server logs
Our web server records standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent, response status) to keep the Site secure and diagnose faults. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and reliability of the Site (Art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are kept for no longer than 30 days unless needed to investigate an incident.
When you contact us
If you email support@lemonclub.io or reach us on Discord or X, we process the contact details and content you send in order to reply. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, or legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Correspondence is retained for up to 24 months.
Site preferences
Your cookie choice and whether you dismissed the promotional ribbon are stored in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again. This is strictly necessary for the function you requested and involves no tracking.
2. Cookies
The cookies and storage the Site uses, their purpose and lifetimes are listed in our Cookie Policy.
3. Who receives your data
- Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC — Google Analytics and Tag Manager, only after consent. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. See Google's privacy policy.
- Hosting provider — the Site is served from a virtual server we operate; the provider processes traffic on our behalf under a data-processing agreement.
- Third-party sites we link to (Trustpilot, Discord, X, the customer dashboard) apply their own policies once you leave the Site.
We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising or remarketing cookies on the Site.
4. International transfers
LemonClub operates from the United States. Where data of visitors in the EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred outside those territories, we rely on adequacy decisions (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified) or standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months. Server logs: up to 30 days. Correspondence: up to 24 months. Your cookie choice: 12 months, after which the banner asks again.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, receive a copy of data you provided in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to support@lemonclub.io; we respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. California residents have comparable rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined there.
7. Children
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
